Risk Disclosure

econ.markets offers exposure to the trajectory of private, pre-IPO companies through binary, reversible positions. Binary positions resolve to their full value or to zero — you can lose your entire stake on any position.

Markets resolve strictly on verifiable public data: SEC filings, official company releases, or press cross-verified across independent sources. econ.markets publishes verified information; it is not investment advice, not a recommendation, and not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security in any jurisdiction. Past performance never guarantees future results.

Data & Verification

Every valuation mark is cross-verified against at least two independent Tier-1/Tier-2 sources (e.g. SEC EDGAR, Reuters, CNBC, Bloomberg, PitchBook) before publication, or it is quarantined. Our formulas are public.

See the methodology and the underlying datasets for how each figure is computed and sourced.

Privacy — in brief

When you apply for early access we collect the information you provide — your name, email, and the investor profile you select — for the sole purpose of evaluating and administering your application and waitlist position. We record the timestamp of your consent as lawful-basis proof.

We do not sell your information. Payment, when applicable, is processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers. The definitive Privacy Policy is being finalized with counsel ahead of public launch — for the current draft, contact legal@econ.markets.

Terms — status

By using econ.markets you acknowledge that it publishes verified information and not investment advice, and that any early-access purchase is subject to the Risk Disclosure above. The definitive Terms of Service are being finalized with counsel ahead of public launch; we will publish them here and notify applicants before any binding agreement takes effect. For the current draft, contact legal@econ.markets.
